Act 351 of the 2013 Legislative Session created the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board and the Behavior Analyst Practice Act. Act 351 provides for the licensure, certification and registration of individuals practicing ABA in the state of Louisiana.

Any concerns will be reviewed at the next scheduled Board meeting if submitted by the deadline date. Please note, that due to confidentiality regulations, Board members and staff are not at liberty to discuss application files, criminal background checks, or other matters that occur in Executive Session, with anyone other than the subject individual.
